Fun & Games in Digbeth☆Skating Practice #3 and Two Days Out in Digbeth

On Sunday, I wanted to get in some more practice on my skates so James and I went to the park. Not a huge amount of improvement since last time but I'm getting there. Watch the video until the end for the big finish!   James had a discount code for Matrix Virtual Reality, a VR arcade in Digbeth so we decided to book a session there after we'd gone back home to eat and drop off my skating stuff.  James had a lot of experience with VR and when we got there, he began chatting with the guy working there about all sorts of things I didn't understand (turns out the guy was a massive weeb as well and we got his Instagram lol). I didn't have much experience with VR aside from a couple of times that James had let me use his headset to play Beat Saber so it was all mostly a new experience for me. Skate Upgrade☆Rollerblading Attempt 2 and a Small Athletics Haul

Yesterday my parents and I had to run a few errands in City Centre but since we hadn't had a proper day in town for over a year now due to lockdown and everything, we decided to make a whole day of it and looked around a few of the shops while we were there. I thought it would be a good opportunity for me to get some new skates as well, since the secondhand ones I had broke so after we'd done most of the things we needed to do, we headed for Sports Direct in the Bullring Shopping Centre. As we approached the entrance to the shopping centre, I noticed a shop just outside that I hadn't seen before. I don't know how new it was but it definitely hadn't been there the last time I'd been around that area and I thought it looked interesting so I decided to check it out.
